HISTORY
With over 60 years of tradition, OTTICA CESCO 2000 New was founded as an eyewear factory in 1954 by Comm. Arminio Cesco Cancian.
In 1966, the business evolved with the opening of the optical store, thanks to the initiative of his son Giorgio and his wife Elena.
Today, their daughters Barbara and Gloria, both opticians, continue the family tradition with passion, offering professionalism and experience with great attention to detail in a welcoming and historically rich environment.
In November 2022, at Palazzo Borghese in Florence, Gloria Cesco Cancian received the Honorary Diploma of "Master Optician for 30 Years of Recognized Professional Activity," and Ottica Cesco 2000 New was awarded the recognition of "Historic Shop with Over 50 Years of Activity" by the AIO (Italian Association of Opticians and Optometrists).
